Description
The ZKTeco CB-100BDE is a compact aluminium-alloy bottom bracket designed for frameless glass door installations using compatible ZKTeco CB Series electric mortise or drop-bolt locking systems. The bracket provides a purpose-designed mounting and receiving solution at the lower section of a frameless glass door where conventional wooden or metal door mounting surfaces are unavailable. ZKTeco specifies the CB-100BDE as a frameless glass door bottom bracket with dimensions of approximately 80 x 44 x 25 mm and a lightweight aluminium-alloy construction weighing approximately 0.16 kg. The bracket is intended to form part of a professional access-control door installation and helps provide a stable mechanical interface for compatible drop-bolt locking hardware. Its compact metal construction is suitable for modern glass-door applications commonly found in offices, meeting rooms, showrooms, retail stores and commercial buildings. Because glass-door thickness, edge clearance, door opening direction, lock position and surrounding frame construction can differ from site to site, compatibility should be confirmed before installation. The CB-100BDE is a mechanical mounting accessory only and does not itself contain electrical locking, sensing or access-control electronics. A compatible drop-bolt lock, access-control terminal or controller, power supply, exit button and other required accessories are normally purchased separately. Professional installation is recommended to ensure correct alignment of the bolt, bracket and glass door and to avoid unnecessary stress on the glass.
