1. Who we are

Total Tech Solutions (Pvt) Ltd is a private limited company incorporated in Sri Lanka under the Companies Act No. 7 of 2007 (Company No. PV 00349596), trading as “TotalTechSolutions” and operating the storefront at totaltechsolutions.lk, with its registered office at 162/33, Madampitiya Road, Colombo 15, 01500, Sri Lanka. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” in these terms mean Total Tech Solutions (Pvt) Ltd; “you” means the person or business using the site or placing an order.

2. Accepting these terms

By browsing the site, registering an account, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not accept any part of these terms, please do not use the site.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18 or older to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. When you register an account, you agree to keep your contact details accurate and your sign-in credentials private. You are responsible for any activity on your account; tell us straight away if you suspect it has been compromised.

4. Products, pricing, and stock

Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided in good faith and refreshed regularly, but minor variations may occur between a listing and the physical item. Prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and may change without notice. We will always honour the price displayed when your order was confirmed.

Stock is listed live where available. On rare occasions a listed item may turn out to be out of stock after you check out; if that happens we will contact you within one business day to offer a replacement, a wait time, or a full refund.

5. Orders & payment

A confirmed order forms a contract of sale between you and Total Tech Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout, including card payments processed securely through the Hatton National Bank PLC (HNB) Internet Payment Gateway, bank transfer, cash on delivery (COD), and B2B credit terms (Net 14 / Net 30) for approved accounts. Card details are entered on the bank's secure payment page and are never stored on our servers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or repeat fulfilment issues; any payment already received will be refunded in full in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Delivery & pickup

Delivery fees and free-delivery thresholds are shown at checkout and managed through our shipping-zones table. We aim to dispatch within 2 business days of payment confirmation, but actual times depend on the courier and your district. Store pickup is available at our Colombo office during business hours; we will notify you when your order is ready.

7. Returns & warranty

Our standard returns policy is summarised on the Returns & Warranty page and forms part of these terms. Manufacturer warranties apply on top of your statutory rights under Sri Lankan consumer law.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • place orders fraudulently or with stolen payment details;
  • attempt to scrape, scan, or otherwise systematically extract data from the site beyond normal browsing;
  • interfere with the operation of the site or attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or other controls;
  • misuse our customer service channels (abusive contact, repeated spurious returns, chargeback abuse).

9. Intellectual property

The site design, branding, product photography, and content layout are owned by TotalTechSolutions or licensed to us. Third-party trademarks (manufacturer names, model numbers, logos) belong to their respective owners and are used solely to describe the products we sell.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under Sri Lankan law. Subject to that, our aggregate liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Governing law & disputes

These terms, and any contract of sale formed under them, are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka. Nothing in these terms affects your mandatory rights as a consumer under Sri Lankan law, including the Consumer Affairs Authority Act No. 9 of 2003.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
