Zebra ZT410 / ZT411 300dpi Genuine OEM Thermal Printhead Kit
Description
The Zebra ZT410 / ZT411 300dpi Genuine OEM Thermal Printhead Kit, part number P1058930-010, is an original Zebra replacement printhead engineered for compatible Zebra ZT410 and Zebra ZT411 industrial barcode and label printers configured for 300 dpi printing. With a native resolution of 300 dots per inch, equivalent to approximately 12 dots per millimetre, this genuine Zebra printhead provides the higher image definition required for small text, compact barcodes, fine graphics, dense identification labels and applications where greater detail is required than standard 203dpi printing. The supported ZT410 and ZT411 printer platform provides a maximum printable width of approximately 104 mm or 4.09 inches. With the 300dpi printhead installed in the appropriate printer configuration, printing speeds of up to approximately 254 mm per second or 10 inches per second are supported. Both Thermal Transfer and Direct Thermal printing methods are supported by compatible ZT410 and ZT411 printers, allowing customers to use thermal-transfer ribbons for durable labels or suitable heat-sensitive direct-thermal media for ribbon-free applications. As a Genuine OEM Zebra printhead, P1058930-010 is manufactured to the electrical, thermal, mechanical and resolution specifications required by compatible Zebra ZT400-series printers. Replacing a worn or damaged printhead can restore print quality when labels develop persistent vertical white lines, missing thermal dots, incomplete barcode elements, faded sections, uneven print density or fine-detail printing problems that remain after correct cleaning and troubleshooting. This printhead is also listed for standard Zebra ZT411 RFID configurations that are not being used for Zebra's special On-Metal RFID label printing application. The Zebra ZT411 On-Metal RFID 300dpi configuration requires the dedicated P1105147-301 printhead instead and should not be confused with P1058930-010. Thermal printheads are precision wear components, so their actual service life depends on print volume, darkness settings, printing speed, ribbon quality, label surface, platen roller condition, printhead pressure, cleaning and operating environment. Professional installation is recommended, and customers should always confirm their printer model, 300dpi resolution and existing printhead part number before ordering.
