The Total Tech Solutions Sublimation Ink 4 Color Set is designed for dye-sublimation transfer printing applications and includes the four essential printing colours: Black, Cyan, Magenta and Yellow. Sublimation printing uses specially formulated dye ink that is first printed onto suitable sublimation transfer paper and then transferred using heat and pressure onto compatible polyester fabrics or polymer-coated substrates. During the heat-transfer process, the sublimation dye becomes gaseous and bonds with the receptive polyester or polymer surface, producing a transferred image that becomes part of the material rather than simply sitting on top of it. This makes sublimation particularly suitable for customised apparel, mugs, coated metal products, promotional products, photo panels, mouse pads, key tags and other sublimation-ready blanks. The CMYK four-colour configuration provides the basic colour channels required for full-colour artwork, photographs, logos, text and graphics. Black provides dark tones and text, while Cyan, Magenta and Yellow combine in different proportions to create a broad range of colours. This ink should only be used with printers and ink-delivery systems that are specifically compatible with the particular sublimation-ink formulation. Printer compatibility must be confirmed before filling or changing ink, especially when converting a printer previously used with standard ink. Do not mix sublimation ink with ordinary dye, pigment or incompatible ink formulations in the same ink system. For best transfer results, use suitable sublimation transfer paper, a correctly configured printer and colour profile, and a heat press set according to the requirements of the specific substrate being decorated.
