The Canon GI-76 Original Ink Bottle series is a genuine Canon high-capacity, all-pigment ink system developed for compatible Canon MAXIFY MegaTank business printers. The range consists of Pigment Black, Cyan, Magenta and Yellow replacement bottles, with pigment ink used across all four colours. This business-focused pigment formulation is designed to deliver sharp text, strong colour graphics and durable document output with resistance to accidental water exposure and smudging on suitable media. The GI-76 Black bottle contains approximately 170 ml of pigment ink, while each Cyan, Magenta and Yellow bottle contains approximately 135 ml. On many compatible MAXIFY GX-series printers, Canon rates the replacement GI-76 Black bottle for up to approximately 6,000 A4 pages in Standard Mode and up to 9,000 pages in Economy Mode. The colour ink set is rated for up to approximately 14,000 composite colour pages in Standard Mode and up to 21,000 composite colour pages in Economy Mode on applicable models. Genuine Canon GI-76 bottles feature colour-specific bottle-tip designs on compatible printers to help reduce accidental mixing and provide a convenient spill-resistant refill process. The GI-76 system is designed for demanding office environments where high-volume printing, low running costs, clear business documents and durable colour output are important. Individual ink bottles allow customers to replenish only the colour that requires refilling.
