The Canon BH-7 Black Print Head, also commonly referenced as CA91, is a genuine Canon replacement Black print head designed for selected first-generation Canon PIXMA G-Series ink tank printers. It is responsible for delivering the printer's Black ink onto the page and is designed to produce crisp text, sharp lines and dependable monochrome document output. Unlike an ink cartridge or ink bottle, the BH-7 / CA91 is the actual Black printing head assembly and works with the Black ink stored in the printer's refillable ink tank. It is intended as a replacement when the existing Black print head becomes damaged, develops an unrecoverable nozzle blockage, produces persistent missing lines or is identified as faulty after recommended printer maintenance has been completed.
