Total Tech Solutions replacement warranty against verified manufacturing defects, subject to inspection and presentation of the original sales invoice or proof of purchase. Warranty coverage does not apply to cartridges that have been fully or substantially consumed, physically damaged, incorrectly installed, improperly stored, exposed to moisture or excessive heat, altered, refilled, disassembled or used in an incompatible printer. Problems caused by worn printer components, damaged fusers, faulty transfer systems, paper dust, electrical faults, unsuitable media or inadequate printer maintenance are not considered toner-manufacturing defects. The applicable warranty period and final replacement conditions are subject to the warranty terms stated on the Total Tech Solutions sales invoice.
