Who can register?
Businesses registered in Sri Lanka with an office in Colombo District. Each business can register once, using its business registration number.
How are the 20 businesses chosen?
In the order registrations arrive. We call each business to check its details before confirming a slot. If a business cannot be verified or does not use its slot, we offer that slot to the next business on the waitlist.
Is the service really free?
The visit, travel and servicing labour are free. Parts, toner, ink and repairs that need parts are not. We always quote first, and you only pay for something if you approve the quote.
Do I have to buy anything?
No. You can take the free service and decline every quote.
What if a printer is under warranty or on a service contract?
Some manufacturers and leasing companies only allow their own technicians to work on a printer. Check with them first, or tell us and we will leave that printer out.
When will the technician visit?
We agree a date with you after confirming your slot. The visit needs to happen within 40 days of that confirmation, on a working day during business hours.
